Welcome to Yuthok Ling Toulouse
Yuthok Ling Toulouse was created, under the direction of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, to promote and raise public awareness of the knowledge of Sowa Rigpa, a holistic system of Tibetan Traditional Medicine (MTT).
The term Sowa Rigpa (short for Sorig) has two basic meanings: "Science of healing" or "Nourishment of consciousness".
It is one of the oldest traditions of healing and healing that is still alive and intact. It allows everyone to preserve or improve their health and well-being, to bring balance, harmony and a better knowledge of oneself.
What we offer is not a substitute for the advice of your doctor and we will not ask you to stop treatment in progress. Sowa Rigpa can usefully complement and support a treatment.
Yuthok Ling Toulouse offers workshops, trainings, conferences and other events for all ages.
