  • Yoga Nejang et LuJong

Yoga Nejang and LuJong

Tibetan yoga, called Tsalung Trulkhor, is divided into two main parts: preliminaries and daily practice.

The preliminary part is called Lujong - body training -. Part of the LuJong is called Ne Jang, particularly used in healing to rebalance internal energy.

Yoga Nejang

Nejang is the Tibetan Healing Yoga used by physicians and patients alike to balance internal energy, open the chakras and relax the mind. Nejang literally means purifying the energy locations of the body.

Transmitted by Puton Rinchen Drub in his Kalachakra teachings it is part of the preliminary Lujong practice within the famous Tibetan yoga known as Tsalung Trulkhor. Its 24 simple but effective exercises can be used for general well-being as well as for curing specific disorders.

Yoga LuJong

Traditional Tibetan Yoga LuJong is a yoga of good health according to the principles of Tibetan Traditional Medicine or Sowa Rigpa. It is in itself a preparation for meditative practice.

The movements transmitted in the lineage of Rime Master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche (himself a Tibetan Traditional Medicine physician) come from Tibetan yogic and monastic traditions.

The LuJong is accessible to all and its practice is particularly balancing with our Western way of life.

This method does not require any bodily or spiritual pre-requisites.
